Tuna Purse Seiner is today¡¯s most advanced deep-sea
fishing vessel.
It uses gigantic fishing nets to catch tunas to
be canned.
Pacific Breeze's purse seiners
are equipped with cutting-edge facilities
such as radars of all sorts, sonar and the INMARSAT.
Currently Pacific Breeze operates
2 purse seiners.
Main fisheries are located in the Mid-western Pacific,
producing an estimated amount of 12,000 tons annually.
The catches are sold in domestic and overseas markets,
mostly processed to be canned; t
hey also serve as ingredients for other foods.
